"Bridging the gap between First Nations and non-First Nations world views."

About

My name is Hopeton Arscott Louden. In addition to being the proud father of three grown children, I am a business management professional with extensive experience in the Community Social and Economic Development sectors. I have over 30 years experience working with Aboriginal Peoples and communities.

Services

The services provided centre on melding, bridging and understanding First Nations world views with non-First Nations world views, processes and structures. A number of factors have fostered a sensibility for listening and garnering the essence of what is being said and what is left unspoken.

Projects

See samples of Hopeton's work including his CANDO presentation and his MBA thesis paper.

Testimonial

“In a rich teaching environment, the teacher becomes the learner, and the learner, the teacher. I especially learned from Hopeton a new way to link Community Economic Development (CED) to Arts and Culture. His MRE is very well done. He should feel proud to share it with First Nations communities and others.” - Dr. Gertrude Anne MacIntyre, Founding Director of MBA (CED) Program and CED Institute - Shannon School of Business, Cape Breton University
